510 Marquette offers security services Monday-Friday 6:00 A.M-10:00 P.M. Security handles all vendor access issues. Submit security concerns to security (612.422.0349).
Building Hours
Normal building hours are as follows:
Monday - Friday: 6:00 A.M.-6:00 P.M. Saturday - Sunday: Closed A building access card is required for after-hours access. |
Deliveries510 Marquette shares a loading dock with surrounding buildings and is located at 43 South 5th Street. It is staffed 6:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M. The loading dock can accomodate trucks up to 53 feet. Access is on a first-come, first-serve basis and has a one hour parking limit. If you need after-hours access, call 612.746.0439 24 hours in advance.

Loitering
The building has a strict no loitering policy. If you are not a tenant in the building and are waiting for the bus or otherwise loitering on the premises, you will be asked politely to leave.
