The loading dock is a shared loading dock with surrounding buildings and is staffed 6 A.M.-6 P.M.  The entrance is located at 43 South 5th Street.  The dimensions are:

• Clearance 13'6" Height and 14'8" Width
• Center to center of tandems: 34' (maximum)
• Trailer length: 42' (maximum)
• Overall length: (cab + trailer): 59' (maximum)

Access to tenants is on a first-come-first-serve basis with a one hour parking limit.  If you need to gain access after-hours, you must contact the building office at 612.746.0439 and let them know your business and they can grant you access.
